Printed Electronics

At the heart of our technology are specialised inks containing electronic materials. These inks are used to print electronic components, such as sensors and circuits, using conventional printing processes. As a result, the electronics in SaralNFC© are ultra-thin, foldable, recyclable and cost-effective to manufacture.

About Saralon

Saralon develops specialised inks and integration technologies for printed electronics. The InkTech can be used on conventional printing machines and implemented in existing printing processes.

New developments in this area include printed batteries, circuits, sensors and displays which can be directly integrated into various materials (e.g. paper, plastic and glass). This opens up completely new possibilities and areas of application for electronics – from print media, smart packaging and point-of-sale applications all the way to interactive labels.
